Hey, has anyone ever dug up things? I going to dig holes in my back yard with a screw driver (what the bottle digging lady recommended) and see what I find. Hopefully, I won't find any bodies that Captain Insane-O planted back there.

Tue, January 24, 2006 - 1:15 PMoh yeah. i've pulled some weird shit out of the garden here...aside from tons of broken glass, animal bones and teeth, mangled army men, an old halloween witch pin, a yellow metal tag with the number 7 on it...a couple of matchbox cars... -

Re: Digging Things Up
Wed, January 25, 2006 - 6:05 AMThere used to be a garden at the top of the hill in my back yard. I'll ask the landlord if I can build a new garden. I've never done anything so wild like that before. We have found cool bits of old garden pottery and statues in the yard.
I want to find something nice today. I'll let you know.

Re: Digging Things Up
Wed, January 25, 2006 - 4:07 PMCreepy. Did it spark a murder investigation?
My sister-in-law worked at a vet's office/police dog training facility. The dog trainers order pieces of cadavers and bury them for the dogs to find. One time, a trainer hid a piece in a field and forgot about it. Then, there was construction in that field. They dug up the hand and called the police. The whole area was roped off and the police were looking for murder clues. Then, they found out that it was just a dog training cadaver piece. The end.
I mainly dug up bugs and worms as a kid, although I was always hoping to find a giant chest filled with gold. -

Re: Digging Things Up
Fri, January 27, 2006 - 3:43 AMno...it was in a cornfield that had had a documented battle on it....in 1863....Gen. Sibley fought the Indians there.....there are two known graves near where i was playing...so they could of been from those graves....
i also once found a human leg bone near the Missouri River as a child.....it was probably an Indians as the spot we were in was an old villiage from the 1700-1800s -

I was in an abandoned factory village, and I could only find foundations where the houses were. -
